Step into
WELLNESS

Hello, I'm Sabrina ...

I've been dedicated to health and social care my entire life, which has enabled me to experience different approaches to wellbeing.

I decided to become a physiotherapist over 20 years ago, and I specialised in children with neurological and musculoskeletal issues. I soon realised that we were only scratching the surface in many cases as we would focus on treating symptoms as opposed to the root of the problem. That sparked my interest to explore other therapies that were holistic in nature, stepping into a beautiful, as well as, difficult journey of self-discovery.

Craniosacral therapy came to me unexpectedly through a work colleague and it became my treatment of choice when I had hip pain, or when I was stressed. Two years later, I was inspired to become a craniosacral therapist, as I couldn't deny its profound effect on me. I studied at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy (London) and graduated in 2017.

As a holistic therapy practitioner dedicated to supporting others with their journey towards wellbeing, I believe in the body's natural ability to heal itself. My approach aims to ensure a personalized and effective treatment for each individual.
I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for my clients. I aim to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve balance in all aspects of their lives.

I'm at my best when joyful and free, and I believe you deserve to feel at your best too.

Craniosacral Therapy

Continuous stress, accumulated injuries and traumas, result in depleted bodies and minds, to the detriment of our well being.

What is Craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a very gentle way of working with the body's natural ability to heal and rebalance itself using light touch. Therefore, it is suitable for all ages.

What does CST help with?

Craniosacral therapy benefits physical, mental and emotional issues, very often resolving issues that are not helped by other means.

While deeply relaxing, CST can support a wide range of physical conditions, including:

 - Headaches and migraines

 - Neck and back pain

 - Joint pain

 - Jaw tension and pain

 - Chronic fatigue

 - Postural imbalances

 - Digestive issues

 - Sleep disturbances

 - Recovery from injury or surgery

It also helps with stress, anxiety, and trauma by supporting the nervous system in returning to a more balanced state. Many people report feeling more balanced, grounded and emotionally lighter after a session.

What to expect during a session?

Craniosacral therapy is experienced differently by each individual person. Every session feels unique, as the body balances itself at deeper levels gradually, to allow for gentle integration within.

During the treatment you remain clothed and will usually lie on your back over a therapy bed in a quiet environment. The therapist will make light hand contact with different parts of your body (e.g. head, back, feet). As the body functions as a whole, there may be a focus on areas other than where your symptoms occur.

Pricing: £80 per session

discounts may be available when 3 or more sessions are booked in advance.
